Amir Rosentuler

Amir Rosentuler is a technology executive, entrepreneur, board chairman and investor with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling and transforming technology businesses.
He has held senior executive and board positions across public companies, global technology groups, scale-ups and early-stage ventures, and has been involved in IPOs, acquisitions and exits, reverse acquisitions, complex M&A transactions, strategic investments, financings, restructurings and business turnarounds.
Amir currently serves as Chairman of MotorK, Zeotap, Craft.io, Radix Technologies and Ravin AI. Previously, he held leadership and board roles at companies including Deutsche Telekom, Guardicore, Nostromo Energy, Namogoo, Quantum Hub, eTribez, Igentify, Unbotify, vBrand, TestFairy, ECI Telecom, Magic Software, Amdocs, IBM and Novell.
His experience spans enterprise software, SaaS, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data and AI, with a focus on strategy, growth, corporate development, transformation and shareholder value creation.
